The Real Problem

You haven't outgrown leadership.
You've outgrown your system.

Before you found this page, you tried to fix it. Multiple times.

The productivity graveyard — tools you've already tried:
Time blockingTo-do listsAsanaTrelloMS PlannerClickUpPaper plannerPomodoroGTDOneNoteInbox zeroMonday.com

None of it stuck. Not because you weren't trying. Because tools don't fix a system problem.

You tell yourself you need better boundaries. And you're right — you do. But you can't hold boundaries without a system behind them. The boundary collapses because there's nothing holding it up.

"The issue isn't you. It's that you're running an individual contributor's operating system inside a leader's role."

The fix isn't another app. It's rebuilding the whole operating system from scratch — built for what your role actually demands.

If you have ADHD or executive function challenges:

This program is particularly well-suited to how your brain works. The entire methodology externalises the cognitive load that was never meant to live in your head. The system becomes your external working memory. Many neurodivergent leaders say it's the first system that genuinely worked for them.

As an individual contributor

You executed tasks.

  • One workstream at a time
  • Clear priorities handed to you
  • A to-do list held everything
  • Work had a clear end
As a senior leader

You produce outcomes.

  • Multiple workstreams in parallel
  • You set priorities for others
  • Work lives in five different places
  • The system collapsed
The Framework

Six pillars. One complete operating system.

Every week maps to a pillar. By Week 12 you have a complete integrated system — not a collection of tips.

01

Direction

Know what actually deserves your time. Define strategic for your role — and protect it from everything else.

02

Control

An external system that holds every task, project, decision, and commitment — so your head is free to lead, not remember.

03

Execution

Protect your most important work. Daily rituals that run on autopilot even on your hardest weeks.

04

Capacity

A week that fits your real load. Calendar architecture that absorbs reactivity instead of being destroyed by it.

05

Leverage

Delegate, multiply and lead through others. Stop being the bottleneck your team waits on for everything.

06

Sustainability

A system that survives your hardest weeks. Rituals that keep everything running when leadership gets heavy.

The Curriculum

Week 1
Direction

From Doing to Driving

DDO Split. 80/20. Define "strategic" for your specific role. The Messy Session — the anti-procrastination tool for strategic work.

Week 2
Control

Midpoint audit. Hot seats on calendar and inbox. Course correction before the leadership layer begins.

Weekly Shutdown + CEO Hour as one Friday ritual. Capacity audit. CEO Away Weeks. Managing up with confidence. The system that holds in chaos.

Week 9

Week 10
Lab

Implementation Lab #3

Hot seats on delegation, team systems and structured availability. Real scenarios from your specific context.

Week 11

Week 12
Integration

Integration + Forward Plan

Full system review. Each person shares their biggest shift. 90-day forward plan. Invitation to The Control Room. Celebration.

Is This Right For You?

Built for a specific kind of leader.

This is for you if:

  • You lead a team of 5–290 people
  • You manage multiple workstreams at once
  • Your system has stopped scaling with your role
  • You use Microsoft 365 or can adapt principles
  • You'll rebuild how you work — not just add another app
  • You can protect 2–3 hours per week for 12 weeks
  • You're in any timezone — everything is recorded

Not the right fit if:

  • You're early career with no leadership responsibility yet
  • You're looking for quick fixes or hacks
  • You want the system built for you, not with you
  • You genuinely can't free up 3 hours per week
  • You're in active crisis needing intensive 1:1 support
  • You plan to watch passively without implementing
What Past Participants Say

Real outcomes from real senior leaders.

"

Bethany has completely changed the way I work. I have never felt so in control for such a long period of time. I know what to prioritise and when.

I've introduced two blocks of free time for my team to ask questions rather than disrupting my day. It has helped so much — I can finally protect my focus.

The insights have been amazing and so practical. I'll be sharing this with my manager — I think she'll benefit from this too.

About Your Coach
[ Photo of Bethany ]

I've spent over a decade inside the systems that make executives function.

Five years as an Executive Assistant to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and leaders inside a three-time fastest-growing company award winner. Six years as an Executive Performance Coach with senior leaders across corporate, healthcare, government, law, and owner-operated businesses globally.

The Leader In Control Method isn't theory. It's the operating system I built, refined, and rebuilt across hundreds of senior leaders — grounded in what I learned running systems for people whose time costs thousands per hour.

Final Questions

Answers to what you're probably wondering.

What if I fall behind?
The program is built for it. Modules are pre-recorded and yours for life. Three integration weeks are specifically for catching up — not new teaching. The goal is to install a system that works, not tick off 12 modules on a schedule.
I'm not in Australia — will timezone work?
Yes. Every live session is recorded and posted within 24 hours. Past cohorts have included participants from Norway, Germany, Slovenia, Fiji, Singapore, UK, USA, Canada, South Africa and Trinidad. Designed for global delivery from the start.
I use Google Suite or Asana — will this work for me?
Yes. The program is taught with Microsoft 365 as the primary example (89% of participants use it) but the methodology translates completely to any platform. Each module addresses the equivalent approach for other tools.
I have ADHD — will this work for me?
Particularly well. The entire methodology externalises cognitive load — building an external system that holds what your brain was never meant to carry. Many neurodivergent leaders describe it as the first system that genuinely worked for them.
How is this different from a productivity course?
Productivity courses teach techniques. This builds a complete leadership operating system — task management, calendar architecture, daily and weekly rituals, delegation, and team systems. You're not learning hacks. You're rebuilding how your entire working life is held.
Can my employer pay for this?
Yes — corporate invoicing on request. Most participants frame this as executive leadership development within standard L&D budgets. Contact Bethany directly for a formal proposal.
I've already done The Productive Leader — what's next?
Three paths: The Control Room ($297/month) for ongoing group coaching; re-entry to a future cohort at alumni rate; or The Executive Intensive ($9,500, $8,500 for alumni) for deep 1:1 work on advanced leadership challenges. Contact Bethany directly.
What's the refund policy?
7 days from program start to assess fit. If you've engaged with the first module and it's not right, reach out for a full refund. After that, non-refundable.
